Advertising Sales Representatives

Partridge Hill Media specializes in the publication of periodicals, books, and digital media for the family-centered market. Partridge Hill Media is seeking advertising sales representatives to work from home, selling print and web advertising by telephone for NAVIGO Magazine ™ and the Road Scholars’ Resource Directory ™. Sales representatives will be responsible for developing leads, making sales calls, and maintaining accounts. Each Representative will be assigned a region to work. Successful candidates will earn generous commission on all sales. This is an independent contract position.

Successful candidates will need to:
• Do well in an independent work environment with limited supervision.
• Furnish a computer with internet access, email and spreadsheet application (MS Excel)
• Furnish a reliable on-site printer and FAX machine.
• Possess excellent communication skills (written and oral), and a professional demeanor
• Have the ability to handle a sometimes fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Be highly proficient in spreadsheet and email applications
• Furnish a dedicated telephone line with an unlimited nationwide calling service (mobile or land line)
• Dedicate significant and consistent periods of uninterrupted time to work related activities, including quiet periods for sales calls.
• Learn quickly and comply with assignments; and answer messages (both by phone and email) promptly.
Previous professional sales or advertising experience preferred. Interest in, or knowledge of travel and tourism, arts, education, and homeschooling markets is helpful. We currently offer commission only for this position. Commissions are high, and top representatives can expect to earn an excellent income.
